Costuming 101

Don't have your own Garb?
Building a set of historically appropriate garb, or clothing, is something Historic Interpretations will guide and teach each volunteer. For those volunteers new to our organization and/or do not have attire appropriate for a specific area, Historic Interpretations Costume Guilde will loan clothing on the day of an event for a small fee for cleaning.

Building your Own Garb?
Many of our volunteers create or purchase costumes appropriate for reenactment.
The following are resources vetted by our Historic Interpretations' costuming experts. Have questions, please let us know!
